Pronunciation rules

Long vowels should be placed on but are permitted to be placed on or tengwa in casual writing when all involved parties know which vowels are long. e.g. buonasera [bwɔnaseːra]  or casually .

Apostrophe is dropped, e.g. dov’è [dov'ɛ] .

, , and when geminated in pronunciation—between vowels—are also geminated in writing.

is only mandatory when there is a possibility of ambiguity, i.e. when both versions—with and without —are grammatically and logically correct.
